  1. Develop and implement AI governance policies and procedures for Visa globally.
  2. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks and industry standards related to AI.
  3. Stay up-to-date on emerging AI technologies and their potential impact on Visa's business.
  4. Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement responsible AI practices.
  5. Provide guidance and support to business units on ethical and responsible use of AI.
  6. Collaborate with legal, compliance, and risk management teams to ensure alignment with company policies and regulations.
  7. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential areas for improvement in AI governance.
  8. Create and deliver training programs for employees on responsible AI practices.
  9. Represent Visa in industry forums and engage with external stakeholders to promote responsible AI use.
  10. Monitor and report on global AI governance trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvement.
  11. Foster a culture of ethical and responsible AI use within the organization.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to senior leadership on AI governance matters.
  13. Lead and mentor a team of AI governance professionals.
  14. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure their AI practices align with Visa's standards.
  15. Continuously assess and improve AI governance processes and procedures to stay ahead of evolving regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications

  • Strategic Thinking And Decision-Making Abilities: The Senior Director Should Possess Strong Strategic Thinking Skills And Be Able To Make Critical Decisions Regarding Ai Initiatives At Visa. This Includes The Ability To Analyze Complex Data, Identify Trends, And Develop Actionable Insights To Drive Business Growth.

  • Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills: As A Key Representative Of Visa's Ai Initiatives, The Senior Director Must Have Exceptional Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills.
