  1. Lead the development and implementation of Visa's global AI governance framework.
  2. Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and guidelines governing the responsible and ethical use of AI within the organization.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company values and objectives.
  4. Monitor and assess the impact of AI on different areas of the business, including customer experience, risk management, and compliance.
  5. Identify potential ethical and legal risks associated with AI and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to AI governance.
  7. Provide guidance and support to teams across the organization on ethical and responsible AI practices.
  8. Oversee the training and education of employees on AI governance policies and procedures.
  9. Foster a culture of responsible and ethical AI use within the organization.
  10. Engage with external stakeholders, including regulators and industry groups, to promote responsible AI adoption.
  11. Lead a team of global AI governance experts, setting goals, providing direction, and promoting a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  12. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the AI governance framework and make recommendations for improvements as needed.
  13. Represent Visa in industry events and conferences to showcase our commitment to responsible AI.
  14. Collaborate with other senior leaders to integrate AI governance into overall company strategy.
  15. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to AI.
