- Lead the development and implementation of AI and ML solutions to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and propose data-driven solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and ML and apply them to Visa's data systems.
- Design, build, and maintain data pipelines for efficient data ingestion, processing, and analysis.
- Ensure data integrity and security in all stages of data processing.
- Work with large and complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and create predictive models.
- Develop and maintain data models for AI and ML applications.
- Conduct performance testing and optimization to improve the efficiency and accuracy of AI and ML models.
- Communicate technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior data engineers on best practices and industry trends.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of coding standards and processes.
- Collaborate with data scientists to integrate AI and ML models into production systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data pipelines and AI/ML models.
- Continuously monitor and improve the performance of AI and ML models.
- Participate in the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures.

Extensive Experience In Artificial Intelligence (Ai) And Machine Learning (Ml) Technologies: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Ai And Ml Technologies, Including Natural Language Processing, Deep Learning, And Predictive Analytics. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Applying These Technologies To Real-World Business Problems.
Strong Programming And Data Skills: The Senior Data Engineer Should Be Proficient In Programming Languages Such As Python, Java, And R. They Should Also Have A Strong Background In Database Management, Data Warehousing, And Data Modeling.
Knowledge Of Big Data Technologies: The Candidate Should Have Experience Working With Big Data Technologies Such As Hadoop, Spark, And Nosql Databases. They Should Also Have A Deep Understanding Of Data Processing And Storage Techniques That Can Handle Large Volumes Of Data.
Experience With Cloud Computing: As Visa Continues To Move Towards A Cloud-Based Infrastructure, The Senior Data Engineer Should Have Experience Working With Cloud Platforms Such As Aws, Azure, Or Google Cloud. They Should Be Familiar With Setting Up And Managing Data Pipelines In The Cloud.
