  1. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in alignment with applicable laws and regulations.
  2. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and areas for improvement.
  3. Monitor and analyze changes in laws and regulations to ensure Visa's compliance program remains current and effective.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance requirements are understood and followed.
  5. Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance policies and procedures.
  6. Investigate and respond to compliance-related inquiries and issues.
  7. Prepare and submit reports to regulatory agencies as required.
  8. Oversee and manage compliance monitoring and reporting activities.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and industry organizations.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert on compliance matters and provide guidance and support to other departments within the company.
  11. Lead compliance-related projects and initiatives as assigned.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends related to compliance.
  13. Foster a culture of compliance and ethical business practices within the company.
  14. Identify and escalate potential compliance risks and issues to senior management.
  15. Collaborate with the legal team on compliance-related legal matters.
  16. Maintain accurate and detailed records of compliance activities and outcomes.
