Project Analyst - People Technology

Preparing meeting materials - developing and updating PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets and documents in support of team activities. Maintain Business Continuity Management contact information and support ad hoc projects as needed. Coordinate periodic strategy and planning meetings including logistics, agenda/materials, onsite support and event management, as well as lead regular team meeting agendas and track actions items. Help support departmental communications and engagement activities collaborating with Communications and People Team as needed. Schedule, coordinate and supervise action items from Quarterly Business Reviews. Establish and maintain effective and collaborative professional business relationships with all levels of management, employees and external vendors. Manage SaaS vendors to ensure business / tech standards are met.
