- Develop and implement processes and strategies to drive business growth and maximize sales opportunities within the Community & Processors division.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and make recommendations for product and sales excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of product and sales strategies.
- Lead and motivate a team of product and sales professionals, providing coaching and guidance to achieve individual and team goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including community partners and processors, to drive product and sales success.
- Communicate product and sales updates, initiatives, and results to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to inform product and sales strategies.
- Develop and manage product and sales budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities to team members.
- Represent Visa at industry events and conferences to promote the company's products and services.
- Proactively identify and address any potential issues or challenges that may impact product and sales performance.
- Continuously seek out opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Product Management And Sales, Preferably In The Payments Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Community And Processor Relationships And Knowledge Of Key Players In The Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Product And Sales Excellence Through Strategic Planning, Market Analysis, And Effective Execution.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders.
