Product Analyst, Credential Update Solutions
Support development of new product functionality. Work with Product and Technology colleagues to support UAT phase of feature development. Assist with updating product documentation as new features/improvements are deployed. Work with Marketing on new client and consumer facing communications and update sales materials. Help develop training materials to promote acquirer and merchant adoption of new VAU functionality. Conduct analysis to support NA client conversations by using Visa and VAU data to produce client level performance analysis on VAU participation – identify insights on client current usage and recommend opportunities for them to improve their use of the product. Support issuer and acquirer implementation and answer operational questions. Use data from various Visa reporting systems to produce merchant and issuer VAU utilization analysis and find opportunities for improvements.
