Job Description

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our People Team to support the growth and development of our employees.   1. Assist in the design and implementation of training and development programs to support employee growth and career development.
  2. Collaborate with the People Team to identify training needs and create targeted solutions.
  3. Conduct research on best practices in talent development and recommend improvements to existing programs.
  4. Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, such as workshops, seminars, and team building activities.
  5. Work closely with team leaders and managers to identify high-potential employees and create individualized development plans.
  6. Assist in the creation of onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
  7. Provide support in conducting performance evaluations and feedback sessions, and tracking employee progress and development.
  8. Help maintain a positive and inclusive work culture by promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  9. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new developments in the field of talent development.
  10. Collaborate with other departments to facilitate cross-functional learning and development opportunities.
  11. Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of development initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
  12. Maintain accurate records and documentation of training and development activities.
  13. Respond to employee inquiries and concerns related to training and development programs.
  14. Act as a role model for professional development and continuous learning.
  15. Complete other tasks and projects as assigned by the People Team.
