- Assist in the design and implementation of training and development programs to support employee growth and career development.
- Collaborate with the People Team to identify training needs and create targeted solutions.
- Conduct research on best practices in talent development and recommend improvements to existing programs.
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, such as workshops, seminars, and team building activities.
- Work closely with team leaders and managers to identify high-potential employees and create individualized development plans.
- Assist in the creation of onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
- Provide support in conducting performance evaluations and feedback sessions, and tracking employee progress and development.
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive work culture by promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new developments in the field of talent development.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate cross-functional learning and development opportunities.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of development initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of training and development activities.
- Respond to employee inquiries and concerns related to training and development programs.
- Act as a role model for professional development and continuous learning.
- Complete other tasks and projects as assigned by the People Team.
