The Operations Technical Services Specialist will support the Global Customer Services department through implementation and support of key management processes, certificate implementation, File Processor, and Reporting Extract. Implementation and support of key management tasks which includes creation, alteration, configuration, and distribution of cryptographic keys. Implementation and support for File Processor, a Cardinal-developed incoming data processing platform for receiving cardholder data from customers. Implementation and support for Reporting Extract, a Cardinal-developed bulk reporting platform for delivering data to customers. Develop and maintain documentation around processes. Design and implement automation scripts. Work with software engineering on issues to perform a root cause analysis.
