  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and initiatives for Visa's North America Marketing Services team in the Fintech and Digital Partnerships division
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and business development, to ensure alignment and drive success for our Fintech and Digital Partnerships business
  • Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert on the fintech industry, keeping up-to-date with trends and developments to inform marketing strategies
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and drive results
  • Build and maintain relationships with key fintech and digital partners, understanding their marketing needs and developing customized solutions to meet their objectives
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, using data to inform decision-making and optimize marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with global marketing teams to ensure consistency and alignment in messaging and branding across all markets
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets for the North America Marketing Services team, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for partnerships and collaborations to enhance marketing efforts and drive growth for our Fintech and Digital Partnerships business
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring all marketing initiatives are in line with these standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Marketing Strategies And Campaigns.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Marketing, Business, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Marketing, Preferably In The Fintech Or Digital Partnerships Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of The North American Market And Consumer Behavior, With Experience In Driving Growth And Engagement.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Lead A Team And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
