Manager – Talent Acquisition Systems
Partners with the Talent Acquisition team to access business requirements (define scope, create estimates, produce program charters and other documentation needed for funding approvals) and translate business needs into systems needs, architectural requirements and implementation/execution plans. Serves as Product Manager for. Talent Acquisition technology within Visa’s People team. Enhance and maintain system communications, email communications, offer templates and current onboarding documents. Build and execute detailed implementation plans including: discovery, design, UAT, QA/test, deploy and support. Lead the collection, analysis, and documentation of functional business requirements. Prepare and. maintain Talent Acquisition reports and scorecards to support the needs of enterprise.
3+ years’ experience in TA/People systems solution, systems implementation and operational process improvement
Understanding of the HR/TA Technology marketplace and best practices
Knowledge of HR/TA principles, legislation and key components of end-to-end HR/TA processes.
Demonstrated track record of project leadership within complex organizations requiring strong influence management skills
