Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Manager, Service Management Must Possess Excellent Analytical Skills And Be Able To Identify, Analyze And Solve Complex Problems Quickly And Efficiently. They Should Also Have A Strong Understanding Of Service Management Frameworks Such As Itil.
