  1. Lead the Risk Analytics Operations & Events team and ensure effective management and development of team members.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks to Visa's global operations.
  3. Develop and implement risk management strategies and processes to improve overall risk management effectiveness.
  4. Monitor and analyze risk data and trends to identify potential areas of concern and proactively address them.
  5. Conduct risk assessments and recommend risk mitigation strategies to senior management.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in risk management and incorporate them into the team's processes.
  7. Communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to provide updates on risk management initiatives and address any concerns.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including industry organizations and regulatory bodies, to stay informed of potential risks and regulatory changes.
  9. Lead the development and implementation of risk management training programs for employees to ensure a strong risk-aware culture within the organization.
  10. Participate in the development and implementation of new risk management tools and technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Collaborate with internal audit teams to ensure compliance with risk management policies and procedures.
  12. Prepare and present reports on risk management activities, trends, and recommendations to senior management.
  13. Continuously review and improve risk management processes to enhance overall effectiveness and efficiency.
  14. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement.
  15. Serve as a subject matter expert on risk management and provide guidance and support to team members and other departments as needed.
