Job Description

Consult and coach projects teams and team leads on change management strategy. Collaborate with change owners and product manager, process SMEs, and other stakeholders to review the current state against proposed future state processes & systems. Lead and drive workshops to assess change impacts, by conducting impact analyses and other change management assessments. Collaborate with global team to develop recommendations for addressing change gaps. Develop training and communication recommendations based on global change management strategy. Review and update change management plans with readiness teams. Integrate change management activities into project plans. Review global training templates and strategies to assess what is needed to support users.

Job Qualifications

  • 9+ years of work experience

  • Experience implementing change management principles, methodologies and tools

  • Familiarity of payment systems (card networks, ACH, RTP, SWIFT, digital wallets)

  • Experience in product management, delivery and launch lifecycles

  • Expertise leading cross-functional workshops to drive consensus.
