- Develop and implement privacy policies and procedures in accordance with global privacy laws and regulations.
- Ensure company-wide compliance with global privacy laws and regulations.
- Act as a subject matter expert on global privacy laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address privacy risks and concerns.
- Monitor and assess changes in global privacy laws and regulations and adjust policies and procedures accordingly.

- Lead and mentor a team of privacy professionals.
- Act as a representative for Visa in privacy-related matters, such as industry conferences and events.
- Communicate privacy updates and initiatives to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the company's privacy program.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure alignment with overall company policies and procedures.

Extensive Knowledge Of Global Privacy Laws And Regulations: The Ideal Candidate For The Manager, Global Privacy Office Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Global Privacy Laws And Regulations, Including Gdpr, Ccpa, And Other Relevant Data Privacy Regulations. This Will Enable Them To Effectively Develop And Implement Privacy Policies And Procedures Across Visa's Global Operations.
Experience In Managing Privacy Programs: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Managing Privacy Programs In A Large Multinational Organization. This Includes Developing And Implementing Privacy Policies, Conducting Privacy Risk Assessments, And Ensuring Compliance With Relevant Laws And Regulations.
Strong Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills: As The Manager, Global Privacy Office, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Communicating Privacy Policies And Procedures To Various Stakeholders Within The Organization.
