Innovation Thought Leadership & Content Strategy Manager

In this role, you’ll lead the simultaneous development of multiple thought leadership work streams, develop compelling content and support Request for Proposals (RFP) responses for our suite of products and services, to make to further bring the future of payments to life for our clients and stakeholders. You'll be responsible for understanding both internal and external stakeholders needs and managing key bodies of work from start to finish: from authoring and editing content to finalizing and submitting responses. Manage, coordinate and oversee cross-functional content programs, using collaborative and consultative skills to define, plan and drive future content production and delivery plans. Bring expertise in crafting both long-form content and real-time content, along with distribution strategies and tactics.
