Job Description

Become a trusted business partner to all business units and executive management. Partner with business stakeholders to create business cases; structure and execute complex financial modeling and analysis. Lead preparation of the annual business plan and analysis for certain business or corporate functions. Spearhead ad hoc projects to further improve the overall performance of the team and organization(s). Decision support to senior finance leadership on investment / project decisions. Integration of finance into the business; attend team meetings/develop understanding of the business. Prepare and develop tailored, effective presentations, analysis and dialogue with each business partner. Establish efficient processes for quarterly and monthly performance reporting.

Job Qualifications

  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience

  • Strong understanding of financial accounting principles; MBA/CPA preferred

  • Ability to work effectively with other functional areas to understand the operational and cultural issues

  • Able to work in a dual-reporting matrix environment
