- Lead and manage the Visa Consulting & Analytics team focused on Digital Partners, providing guidance, support, and direction to team members
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for driving the success and growth of digital partnerships
- Utilize data and analytics to identify opportunities and develop insights that inform strategic decision making
- Build strong relationships with key digital partners, serving as the main point of contact for all consulting and analytics needs
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in the digital payments space, utilizing this knowledge to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Visa's products and services, as well as the needs and pain points of our digital partners
- Effectively communicate complex analytics and insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership
- Set and monitor team goals and objectives, ensuring the team is consistently delivering high-quality work and achieving business targets

Extensive Experience In Managing Digital Consulting Projects: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Leading Digital Consulting Projects, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Digital Technologies And Their Impact On Business Strategy.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Director Of Visa Consulting & Analytics, Digital Partners, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Providing Data-Driven Insights And Recommendations To Clients. Therefore, They Should Possess Excellent Analytical Skills And Be Able To Use Data To Solve Complex Business Problems.
