Visa is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Pricing Strategy to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping the pricing strategy for our global products and services, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients and customers. We are looking for a visionary leader who can think strategically, analyze market trends, and drive decision-making to maximize profitability for Visa.   1. Develop and implement pricing strategies for Visa's global products and services, in line with company objectives and market trends.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to identify pricing opportunities and drive growth.
  3. Conduct thorough market analysis and research to assess pricing trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  4. Lead the development of pricing models and tools to support decision-making and ensure profitability.
  5. Monitor and analyze pricing performance, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in pricing, and make recommendations to improve Visa's pricing strategy.
  7. Communicate pricing strategies and decisions to internal stakeholders and external partners.
  8. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and customers, to understand their needs and incorporate them into pricing strategy.
  9. Manage and mentor a team of pricing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of pricing initiatives.
  10. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely pricing execution and reporting.
  11. Develop and maintain pricing policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve pricing processes, systems, and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure pricing strategies are in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  14. Act as a thought leader and advocate for pricing excellence within the organization.
  15. Represent Visa at industry events and conferences to stay updated on market trends and network with industry professionals.
