Director of Product - Connectivity
You will be responsible to scale the local connectivity product and engineering organization, build and drive continuous improvements to the connectivity product, and collaborate closely with financial institutions and other senior product, commercial and policy leaders at VISA to enable the best connectivity offering possible. You will build and scale the connectivity product offering with the goal to offer connectivity to financial institutions, that can enable Visa to offer leading products for US market. Keys to making this happen will be working for operational excellence and finding tools, structure and innovative solutions enabling scalable connectivity. In this role, you will be responsible for securing the success of Connectivity by establishing, scaling and ensuring the quality and performance of our service. Connectivity is building the leading connectivity platform to power the new world of finance.
12 or more years of work experience
Demonstrated ability to drive product development with high velocity and quality with an end-to-end perspective
Proven leadership track record as a senior leader, leading leaders, and an exceptional communicator and motivator of people.
Solid experience from a product company working in an agile environment
Extensive experience from fintech is needed for this role, experience from open banking highly preferred
