- Develop and implement global sales enablement strategies and programs to support the overall sales objectives of the company.
- Collaborate with various cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify sales enablement needs and develop solutions to address them.
- Conduct ongoing assessments and analyses to determine the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and make necessary adjustments.
- Work closely with sales leadership to understand the needs and challenges of the sales teams and develop solutions to address them.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners to ensure alignment and support for sales enablement initiatives.
- Create and manage a budget for sales enablement activities, ensuring cost-effective solutions that drive results.
- Develop and deliver training programs and materials for sales teams, including product knowledge, sales techniques, and best practices.
- Monitor and track sales enablement metrics to measure the success and impact of programs and initiatives.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in sales enablement to continuously improve and innovate our approach.
- Provide support and guidance to regional sales enablement teams to ensure consistency and alignment with global strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure sales enablement materials and resources are accurate and up-to-date.
- Act as an advocate and champion for sales enablement initiatives, promoting the importance of continuous learning and development for sales teams.
- Identify and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance sales enablement efforts and improve overall sales performance.
- Manage and develop a team of sales enablement professionals, providing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to share insights and best practices in sales enablement.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Sales, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Sales Enablement Or Related Field, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Role.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Global Sales Enablement Strategies And Programs.
Strong Understanding Of The Payments Industry And Global Market Trends.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams At All Levels Of The Organization.
