  1. Develop and implement standards and policies that promote trust and safety within the financial industry ecosystem.
  2. Create and maintain a culture of trust and safety amongst customers and partners through effective communication and collaboration.
  3. Monitor and assess potential risks and threats within the ecosystem, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  4. Oversee compliance with regulatory standards and requirements, and ensure that the organization is up to date with any changes.
  5. Lead and manage a team of risk management professionals, providing guidance, support, and direction to achieve team goals.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and enhancements to the ecosystem risk management program.
  7. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in risk management, and implement relevant strategies and processes.
  8. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to risk management standards and policies.
  9. Communicate effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders, providing updates on risk management activities and highlighting any areas of concern.
  10. Monitor and analyze data and metrics related to ecosystem risk, and use insights to make informed decisions and improvements to the program.

This Knowledge Will Be Crucial In Developing Risk Management Strategies That Align With Visa’s Goals And Objectives.

  • Extensive Experience In The Financial Services Industry: The Role Of Director At Visa Requires A Candidate With A Deep Understanding Of The Financial Services Industry. This Includes Knowledge Of Emerging Trends, Regulatory Compliance, And Risk Management Best Practices. Previous Experience In A Similar Role Within The Industry Is Highly Desirable.
