  1. Provide strategic guidance and consulting services to clients in the payments industry.
  2. Lead and mentor a team of consultants, providing support and guidance to help them reach their full potential.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for clients.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure Visa's services remain competitive.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  6. Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  7. Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timely delivery of services to clients.
  8. Conduct research and analysis to identify market opportunities and potential clients.
  9. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
  11. Work closely with senior management to develop and implement long-term strategies for the consulting department.
  12. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
  14. Represent Visa at industry events and conferences to promote the company's services.
  15. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and drive innovation within the consulting department.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Industry Experience: A Consulting Senior Manager At Visa Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In The Financial Services Industry, Preferably In Consulting Or Strategic Roles.
