Job Description

  1. Develop and implement compliance and risk management strategies in line with industry regulations and company policies.
  2. Conduct regular risk assessments and identify potential areas of vulnerability for the organization.
  3. Provide expert guidance and support to business units and partners on compliance and risk management matters.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and trends, and communicate any changes or updates to relevant stakeholders.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement compliance and risk mitigation plans.
  6. Conduct trainings and workshops to educate employees and partners on compliance and risk management best practices.
  7. Monitor and analyze data to identify potential compliance and risk issues and recommend solutions.
  8. Conduct audits and reviews to ensure adherence to compliance and risk management policies.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and other external stakeholders.
  10. Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures related to compliance and risk management.
  11. Stay informed of emerging risks and proactively develop strategies to address them.
  12. Participate in industry conferences and events to stay updated on best practices and network with other professionals.
  13. Communicate compliance and risk management updates and initiatives to senior management.
  14. Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency and alignment of compliance and risk management efforts.
  15. Uphold Visa's commitment to creating a secure and compliant environment for our customers and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Compliance And Risk Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Best Practices Related To Compliance And Risk Management

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Compliance And Risk Management Issues To Stakeholders.
