  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance program that aligns with Visa's values and business objectives.
  2. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  3. Monitor and assess potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  4. Lead and manage a team of compliance professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
  5. Conduct thorough reviews and audits of company policies, procedures, and practices to identify any areas of non-compliance.
  6. Collaborate with other departments, such as Legal and Human Resources, to ensure all compliance requirements are met.
  7. Serve as the primary point of contact for external regulatory agencies and auditors.
  8. Keep abreast of changes in regulations and industry standards and implement necessary updates to the compliance program.
  9. Develop and deliver compliance training and educational programs for employees at all levels.
  10. Foster a culture of compliance and ethical conduct through communication, training, and leading by example.
  11. Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management and the Board of Directors.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve the compliance program to ensure it remains effective and efficient.
  13. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all compliance matters.
  14. Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency and alignment of compliance efforts.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In A Compliance Or Regulatory Role, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Relevant Laws, Regulations, And Industry Standards, Such As The Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering Regulations, And Data Privacy Laws.

  • Proven Track Record Of Designing And Implementing Compliance Programs And Policies That Effectively Mitigate Risk And Ensure Regulatory Compliance.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.
