  1. Manage relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction with Visa's products and services.
  2. Provide strategic consulting and guidance to clients to help them achieve their business objectives.
  3. Understand clients' needs and develop customized solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  4. Communicate effectively with clients to address any issues or concerns and maintain a positive working relationship.
  5. Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex client issues and provide timely and effective solutions.
  6. Maintain a high level of client retention by delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships.
  7. Utilize industry knowledge and market trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
  8. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as sales and product teams, to ensure alignment and seamless delivery of services to clients.
  9. Stay updated on Visa's products and services to effectively educate and guide clients on their usage and benefits.
  10. Meet or exceed performance metrics, including client satisfaction and retention goals.
  11. Continuously strive to improve client processes and procedures to enhance overall client experience.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including compliance with regulatory requirements.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for Visa, promoting our values of diversity and collaboration in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
  14. Take ownership of projects and initiatives related to client satisfaction and retention.
  15. Keep accurate records of client interactions and maintain up-to-date client information.
  16. Regularly report on client status and progress to senior management.
  17. Mentor and train junior members of the team, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop.
  18. Represent Visa at industry events and conferences to network and promote our products and services.
  19. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive client information.
  20. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a positive attitude to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
