  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and expansion of Visa Direct in South Europe.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to increase adoption and usage of Visa Direct.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including financial institutions, merchants, and other industry players.
  4. Provide leadership and direction to the Visa Direct team, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and priorities.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and use this knowledge to inform business strategies and decisions.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and legal, to launch and promote Visa Direct in the market.
  7. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential growth areas and make recommendations for product enhancements or new features.
  8. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics for the Visa Direct division.
  9. Represent Visa at industry events and conferences, and participate in speaking engagements to showcase Visa Direct and its capabilities.
  10. Continuously monitor and track performance and provide regular updates to senior management on progress and key milestones.

Job Qualifications
