- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate potential BPO solutions.
- Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and identify areas for improvement and cost savings through BPO.
- Develop and maintain relationships with BPO providers and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal service and cost.
- Create and implement strategies to drive growth and efficiency within the organization.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform decision making.
- Communicate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and understanding of BPO and strategy initiatives.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with BPO implementation and execution.
- Train and educate team members on BPO processes and procedures.
- Continuously evaluate and improve BPO and strategy processes to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
- Support the development and implementation of company-wide policies and procedures related to BPO and strategy.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of BPO solutions and strategy initiatives.
- Represent the company in meetings and conferences related to BPO and strategy.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry standards related to BPO and strategy.
- Uphold company values and promote a positive and collaborative work culture.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Bpo (Business Process Outsourcing) And Strategy Analysis In The Financial Industry
Strong Analytical Skills With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Strategic Recommendations
Proficiency In Data Analysis Tools Such As Sql, Tableau, And Excel
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With Experience In Delivering Presentations To Senior Leadership Teams.
