  1. Conduct in-depth analysis of internal and external data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the BPO industry and develop strategic recommendations for Visa.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute BPO strategies that align with Visa's overall business objectives.
  3. Manage and optimize BPO processes, systems, and tools to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with BPO partners, vendors, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective execution of BPO activities.
  5. Monitor and track BPO performance metrics, and provide regular reports and updates to senior management on key insights and recommendations.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in BPO and strategy analysis, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within Visa's BPO operations.
  7. Lead and participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive process improvements and enhance the overall BPO experience for Visa customers.
  8. Train and mentor junior team members in BPO processes, tools, and strategies, and provide guidance and support as needed.
  9. Proactively identify and address potential risks and issues in BPO operations, and develop contingency plans to mitigate any potential impact on Visa's business.
  10. Represent Visa at industry events and conferences, and build relationships with key stakeholders to enhance Visa's presence and reputation in the BPO market.
