As a B2B and Product Marketing Manager at Visa, you will play a critical role in developing and executing marketing strategies that target businesses and drive product adoption.   1. Develop and implement B2B and product marketing strategies and plans to drive growth and adoption of Visa's payment solutions.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, understand their needs and preferences, and develop messaging and positioning that resonates with them.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and finance, to develop and execute marketing initiatives that support business objectives.
  4. Create compelling marketing collateral and sales tools, such as presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and product demos, to effectively communicate the value proposition of Visa's payment solutions to B2B customers.
  5. Plan and execute product launches, including developing go-to-market strategies, managing timelines, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for new products and enhancements to existing products.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders, such as banks, merchants, and government agencies, to drive product adoption and usage.
  8. Track and report on key performance indicators, such as product adoption, revenue, and ROI, to measure the success of marketing initiatives and inform future strategies.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to payments technology, and use this knowledge to inform marketing strategies.
  10. Continuously evaluate and optimize marketing tactics to ensure maximum impact and return on investment.
  11. Act as a brand ambassador for Visa, representing the company and its products at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
  12. Mentor and train junior marketing team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.
  13. Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams to ensure consistency and alignment in messaging and branding across markets.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum 5 Years Of Experience In B2B Marketing, Preferably In The Financial Services Or Technology Industry.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Product Marketing Strategies And Tactics, Including Market Research, Product Positioning, And Go-To-Market Planning.

  • Strong Understanding Of B2B Sales Processes And Ability To Collaborate With Sales Teams To Drive Revenue Growth.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Complex Information To Both Internal And External Stakeholders.
