- Develop and implement B2B and product marketing strategies and plans to drive growth and adoption of Visa's payment solutions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, understand their needs and preferences, and develop messaging and positioning that resonates with them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and finance, to develop and execute marketing initiatives that support business objectives.
- Create compelling marketing collateral and sales tools, such as presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and product demos, to effectively communicate the value proposition of Visa's payment solutions to B2B customers.
- Plan and execute product launches, including developing go-to-market strategies, managing timelines, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for new products and enhancements to existing products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders, such as banks, merchants, and government agencies, to drive product adoption and usage.
- Track and report on key performance indicators, such as product adoption, revenue, and ROI, to measure the success of marketing initiatives and inform future strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to payments technology, and use this knowledge to inform marketing strategies.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize marketing tactics to ensure maximum impact and return on investment.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Visa, representing the company and its products at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
- Mentor and train junior marketing team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.
- Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams to ensure consistency and alignment in messaging and branding across markets.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum 5 Years Of Experience In B2B Marketing, Preferably In The Financial Services Or Technology Industry.
Extensive Knowledge Of Product Marketing Strategies And Tactics, Including Market Research, Product Positioning, And Go-To-Market Planning.
Strong Understanding Of B2B Sales Processes And Ability To Collaborate With Sales Teams To Drive Revenue Growth.
