The Analyst will work with team members from Global and market/regional teams to support reporting and analysis on the VCA business, project pipeline, performance, and operational processes. Collect, review and validate business performance data (for example, sales pipeline, project status, financial projections, headcount, hiring status, expenses, operating metrics such as margin, efficiency etc.). Coordinate with key stakeholders across regions and functions to understand drivers, reconcile discrepancies and fill in any missing data elements. Drive standardization in data sets and reports where possible, and at the same time, understand and accommodate necessary regional and market variances. Establish (semi)-automated process to have key dashboards generated and distributed. Address requests for ad-hoc reports and analysis. Assist with development of presentations for executive reviews.
