- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to employee data, performance, and engagement.
- Work closely with various teams and stakeholders to understand their business needs and provide data-driven recommendations and solutions.
- Utilize statistical methods and tools to analyze and interpret large datasets.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Collaborate with HR partners to develop and implement strategies and initiatives based on data insights.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in people analytics and consulting.
- Communicate complex data findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines.
- Continuously identify areas for improvement and suggest new ideas and solutions to enhance the effectiveness of our people analytics function.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Train and mentor junior team members on data analysis techniques and tools.
- Act as a subject matter expert on people analytics and provide guidance and support to other teams within the organization.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Human Resources, Business Analytics, Or Data Science.
3-5 Years Of Experience In People Analytics Or Hr Consulting, Preferably In A Large Organization Or Consulting Firm.
Strong Analytical And Data Management Skills, Including Proficiency In Sql, R, And Tableau.
Knowledge Of Hr Processes And Practices, Including Talent Management, Performance Management, And Workforce Planning.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Data And Insights To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
