Job Description

This person will be responsible for supporting our marketing function by designing and building email programs to connect with our prospective teachers and build long-term value in our offering. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and internal resources to build incredible HTML emails and templates. Performing set-up, testing, and execution of integrated email campaigns. Work closely with strategic leadership and key stakeholders to deliver high-impact programs. Partner with various teams to design, develop and experiment with different email programs to drive velocity, stickiness, and retention for supply-side marketing. Leveraging excel/SQL to pull data, perform analysis, and synthesize insights for stakeholders. Be informed and up-to-date on Email Marketing Best Practices, standards, CAN-SPAM and GDPR compliance.
