Job Description

The CBS Interactive HR Coordinator is a key member of our dynamic CBSi HR Operations team. Support client groups and HR Business Partners by administering key HR functions: on-boarding and off-boarding

  • Payroll Provide top-notch customer service and support. Provide thought leadership in the development and streamlining of HR operational processes. Own, analyze, and report on various types of HR-related data using HRIS and other internal systems.

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of work experience preferred

  • Strong desire to learn and problem solve in a fast-paced environment

  • Oracle experience a plus
