Billing Analyst

Processes the revenue billings for all the Studio Group departments. Responsible for processing customer billing, generating system documents and uploading to Corporate accounts receivable system (SAP). Ensures timely and accurate billings and adherence to policy and procedures. Assists through training and user mentorship, and all billing policies are understood and met. Monitors key billing operations to resolve any open sales orders timely manner in accordance with policy. Build and distributes weekly and monthly billing-related reports. Ensures the accuracy of all monthly billing transactions from order-management subsystem. Work with the managers or audit team to ensure a clean and timely audit.
