Quality Assurance Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure that products meet required standards
• Monitor and inspect products to identify any areas of non-conformity
• Investigate customer complaints and ensure corrective actions are taken
• Maintain accurate records of quality assurance tests and results
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Provide reports and feedback to management on quality assurance performance
• Train and mentor new staff on quality assurance procedures
• Assist in developing and maintaining quality assurance metrics
• Identify areas for improvement in quality assurance processes
• Analyze data to identify trends and recommend changes to improve quality assurance performance
