Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement purchasing and sourcing strategies to ensure cost-effective and efficient procurement.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers and vendors.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all purchases and contracts.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations related to procurement.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance and develop relationships with key suppliers.
- Manage vendor selection process and develop relationships with new suppliers.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for cost savings.
- Analyze and report on purchasing trends and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and manage effective supplier relationships to ensure best value.
- Develop and drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure efficient procurement processes.
