Reporting to the Plant Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and improving manufacturing processes and systems, from initial concept to successful implementation. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and strong experience in a manufacturing environment. You should also have a comprehensive understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, and be skilled in data analysis and process optimization.
