At Vesuvius, we are looking for an experienced Environmental Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our Engineering department, the Environmental Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing environmental programs to ensure compliance with applicable regulations. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented and have experience in environmental regulations and protocols.We are looking for a professional with a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or a closely related field. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of two years of experience in environmental engineering and a working knowledge of various environmental regulations. Candidates must also demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement environmental programs to meet applicable regulations.
Monitor environmental compliance to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
Maintain professional working knowledge of environmental regulations and protocols.
Provide guidance and support to other departments regarding environmental compliance.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents to summarize environmental activities.
Participate in environmental audits and inspections.
Remain up-to-date on current environmental regulations and industry trends.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote sustainability initiatives.
Coordinate with other departments to develop and implement environmental strategies.
Develop and implement training programs and initiatives to ensure environmental compliance.
