Job Description

Vesuvius is looking for an extraordinary Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our valued clients. We are looking for a highly motivated, organized, and reliable individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as an ability to think on their feet and problem solve. They should be able to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner both in person and by phone.
  2. Research and resolve customer complaints in a manner that meets customer needs and promotes customer loyalty.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database.
  4. Process customer orders and coordinate delivery.
  5. Foster positive customer relations by providing helpful advice and solutions.
  6. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
  7. Monitor customer feedback and identify potential issues.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
  9. Monitor customer service metrics and strive to meet or exceed targets.
  10. Stay up to date with product and service information.
