Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and evaluate current processes and procedures in order to identify areas of improvement.
2. Develop and implement strategies for achieving process improvement goals, using lean and Six Sigma methodology as appropriate.
3. Monitor and assess the effectiveness and efficiency of process improvement initiatives.
4. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure successful implementation of process improvement initiatives.
5. Provide training and guidance to staff on process improvement initiatives and best practices.
6. Develop and maintain process improvement metrics and reporting systems.
7. Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external stakeholders to ensure alignment with process improvement goals.
8. Lead and support cross-functional teams in the implementation of process improvement initiatives.
9. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to ensure the best possible outcomes and efficiency.
10. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices related to process improvement initiatives.
