Versace is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Stock Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to multitask, and have excellent problem-solving and communication skills. We are looking for someone who will be responsible for managing the flow of inventory, creating reports, and ensuring accuracy of all stock-related data.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should have a degree in Supply Chain Management, Retail Management, or a related field. You should also possess strong data analysis and numerical skills, as well as excellent computer proficiency. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, have a methodical approach to tasks, and be able to work independently and as part of a team. Ideally, you should have experience working in a stock control setting, preferably in a retail or fashion-related industry.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure stock accuracy and availability.
- Create reports and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure stock accuracy.
- Maintain and update records of stock movements, including all related documentation.
- Resolve discrepancies and manage stock returns.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels and ensure stock availability.
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth stock flow.
- Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for stock replenishment.
- Track and analyze stock-related KPIs on a regular basis.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards.
- Provide support to other departments as needed.
