Stock Controller

We are looking for a talented and motivated Stock Controller to join the Versace team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail and be passionate about accurate inventory management.The Stock Controller will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the stockroom, ensuring that the inventory is properly organized and accurately accounted for. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.We are seeking an individual with a minimum of one year of experience in a stockroom/inventory management role. An understanding of fashion retail and customer service is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Responsibilities:

1. Oversee day-to-day operations of the stockroom, ensuring accurate inventory management.

3. Create and maintain detailed reports of inventory and stock movements.
4. Ensure the storage of items is organized and secure.
5. Liaise with suppliers to order new stock and resolve any issues.
6. Maintain accurate records of stock received and dispatched.
7. Ensure stockroom complies with health and safety regulations.
8. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
9. Use computer systems, including Microsoft Office programs, to track inventory and update records.
10. Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
