Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Stock Controller to join our team at Versace. The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to multitask, and has a passion for fashion. If you are a proficient problem-solver with a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.The Stock Controller will be responsible for verifying and tracking inventory accuracy, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring all items are properly inventoried and accounted for. This role requires an individual with excellent communication and organizational skills, as the Stock Controller will need to be able to interact with personnel at all levels of the organization.To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, and a deep understanding of inventory and stock management. In addition, you must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and have a basic understanding of warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities:

  1. Verify and track inventory accuracy to ensure items are properly inventoried and accounted for.
  2. Maintain accurate stock levels to ensure the organization is adequately supplied.
  3. Monitor and analyze inventory data to ensure stock levels remain accurate and up-to-date.
  4. Communicate effectively with personnel at all levels to ensure stock control issues are promptly addressed.
  5. Develop and implement efficient stock control methods and procedures.
  6. Utilize Microsoft Excel and warehouse management systems to manage inventory data.
  7. Monitor stock levels to ensure they remain within company standards.
  8. Ensure all stock is properly labeled and stored to prevent losses.
  9. Address customer queries regarding stock levels and availability.
  10. Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure stock replenishment is timely and accurate.
