Key Holder

We’re looking for a passionate, customer service-oriented Key Holder to join the Versace team. The ideal candidate will be a great communicator, with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and a strong ability to multitask. As a Key Holder, you will be the face of Versace in the store, and an ambassador for the brand. You will be responsible for managing the store, providing customers with an exceptional shopping experience, and ensuring the store is secure and functioning properly. To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of two years of retail experience, including at least one year of key holder experience. Responsibilities: • Serve as the face of Versace and an ambassador for the brand in the store • Provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience • Monitor store security and ensure proper functioning of all store operations • Manage all aspects of the store, including inventory, stocking, and customer service • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers • Process payments, handle returns, and resolve customer issues • Ensure adherence to store policies and procedures • Supervise and train store staff • Perform opening and closing procedures • Assist in ordering, receiving, and pricing merchandise • Monitor sales performance and suggest strategies for improvement • Assist in visual merchandising and store layout changes
