As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, leading the sales team, and maintaining the store’s appearance.To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of retail experience. You must also demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask. Additionally, you must be able to speak clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues. A professional attitude and positive demeanor are essential.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
2. Lead the sales team and provide them with direction and guidance.
3. Monitor sales performance and motivate team members to meet and exceed sales targets.
4. Ensure that the store is neat and presentable at all times.
5. Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
6. Ensure that the store’s policies and procedures are followed at all times.
7. Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed.
8. Assist with store operations and maintenance tasks, as needed.
9. Perform cashier duties, such as processing customer payments and handling returns.
10. Perform opening and closing procedures, including counting cash drawers.
