2. Ensure the store is neat and organized and visually appealing.
3. Maintain knowledge of current fashion trends and product offerings.
4. Manage store operations, such as opening and closing procedures, inventory, and loss prevention.
5. Monitor sales performance and set goals for the team.
6. Establish and maintain relationships with clients and vendors.
7. Train staff to be knowledgeable and passionate about the Versace brand.
8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies and procedures.
9. Resolve customer complaints and provide excellent customer service.
10. Track and report store performance metrics.
