Sr Solutions Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess a broad knowledge of data protection technologies, have a customer-centric mindset, and strong communication skills. As a Sr Solutions Specialist, you’ll be responsible for helping clients understand the value of Veritas solutions and how they can be applied to their unique business needs.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the data protection industry, including working in a customer-facing role. You should have a working knowledge of storage systems, backup technologies, and/or enterprise software solutions, and a track record of successful engagements with customers. Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical advice and guidance to customers on Veritas solutions, including storage systems, backup technologies, and enterprise software solutions.
2. Identify customer needs, provide solutions, and develop customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Present solutions to executive audiences and provide technical expertise to solve customer problems.
4. Develop and maintain product and industry knowledge to remain up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices.
5. Analyze customer feedback and use insights to improve solutions.
6. Participate in industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote Veritas solutions.
7. Work with other teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of customer solutions.
