Job Description

Veolia North America is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Human Resource Manager to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing HR initiatives that promote a positive and productive work environment. To be successful in this position, you must have an advanced degree in Human Resources or a related field, as well as five or more years of experience managing HR operations in a corporate environment. You must also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to effectively collaborate with all members of the organization. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement HR initiatives that promote a positive and productive work environment.
  2. Manage HR operations in a corporate environment.
  3. Maintain knowledge of current HR trends and best practices.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to increase employee satisfaction and engagement.
  5. Monitor employee performance and provide feedback.
  6. Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
  7. Analyze and address any HR-related issues or complaints.
  8. Manage compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
  9. Develop and implement effective compensation and benefits programs.
  10. Oversee payroll processes and maintain accurate employee records.
  11. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  12. Prepare and present reports to senior management.
