HRIS Business Systems Analyst

Veolia North America is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HRIS Business Systems Analyst to be a key part of our Human Resources team. This position requires someone who is highly analytical, experienced with HR systems, and is comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, plus at least five years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or related role. They should have in-depth knowledge of HR processes, be comfortable with data analysis and reporting, and demonstrate excellent problem solving and communication skills. Furthermore, the ideal candidate should be able to bring a customer-focused approach to their work and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and evaluate HR processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement.
2. Develop and implement data-driven solutions to streamline HR processes.
3. Develop detailed reports and dashboards to track HR performance.
4. Create and maintain documentation for HR systems.
5. Train users on new HR systems or processes.
6. Work with stakeholders to identify their needs and ensure that the solutions provided meet their requirements.
7. Troubleshoot technical issues with HR systems.
8. Work with other departments to ensure that HR processes are integrated into the overall organizational strategy.
9. Stay up to date with industry best practices and suggest improvements as needed.
10. Provide exceptional customer service to all users.
